TenderBoard helps you manage your purchases seamlessly through a digital platform. You can use the TenderBoard platform to post your purchase requests, release tenders (sometimes known as RFQs), receive quotations, automatically compile them for evaluation and even seek approval for the purchases. A suite of proprietary tools allows you to find relevant vendors, and get detailed information about them.

- TenderBoard is free to use for all NCSS members. In some cases, there might be an administrative fee charged to the supplier.
- Can I really buy anything and everything through you?
- The way we get a better deal for you is by using a process called tendering/RFQ. While most goods and services can be purchased this way, its advantages are typically higher for items of larger value (at least thousands of dollars) and where there is alot of competition in the market. If you have a purchase requirement, run it through with us and we will evaluate how effective TenderBoard could be for you.
